Our curriculum is aligned with the Ohio Department of Education’s early learning content standards for preschool.
The class schedule provides time for creative art and free play, crafts, hands on science projects, snacks and a balance of activities for developing large and small muscle coordination. These include games, rhythms, songs and finger plays as well as a large activity room with big wheels and climbing equipment. Kindergarten readiness skills are introduced in 3-Day & 4-Day school, integrated with a foundation for Literacy, Math, Science and Social Studies.

Testimonials:
The teachers and staff at OSNS are so friendly and treat the children and family like family. I like how I can go into the school and see my child's artwork and learning in the hallways and classrooms. I feel comfortable speaking with the teachers about my child's progress or concerns. My 3 children attended this preschool and enjoyed it very much! They were ready and confident when they entered Kindergarten thanks to their learning experience at Our Savior's. Susan K. The school is warm, friendly and inviting. I feel comfortable and confident about my daughter's first experience in school. Emily M. OSNS is a fantastic place to send your little ones for preschool. All the staff care deeply for the children. It is a very warm loving environment. I highly recommend OSNS for all parents looking for a preschool. Tom M. All 5 of our children came to OSNS and they all loved it! The teachers are warm and caring, the activities are fun and stimulating. Susan L. Kind and caring staff in a small, loving environment. Both our boys blossomed at OSNS: we are very happy with our choice. Lisa B. We have been very pleased with the 2 years our son has spent at OSNS. Mrs. Loeffler is warm and caring CERTIFIED teacher. The small class size has allowed our son to blossom! Jill & Mike G My son was well prepared for Kindergarten. The staff will go out of their way to help not only the children, but also their parents. Rita M. The staff at OSNS has been completely loving and patient with my shy yet energetic daughter. They have stayed positive through her sometimes trying behavior and potty accidents, handling it all with grace and kindness. When I have asked for advice, the staff has offered reassurance and when appropriate, portions of helpful parenting books. My daughter especially enjoys the weekly school Library books that she gets to bring home for a week and carefully return. She tells me proudly about being "line leader" or adventures during "bike room" time. From the first day our daughter's only complaint about school is that " it's not long enough"! Bethany H. OSNS has been the best choice for both of my daughters. The small class size made it great for their creativity and emotional development. By the time they entered Kindergarten, both girls were ready socially, emotionally and academically. We have recommended OSNS to several families over the years and will continue to do so. Bob B. |
